How it works

All items are made to order.

After you place your order, it goes into production before shipping.
Production typically takes 1–3 business days.


Estimated delivery times (after production)

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 3–6 business days
  • EU (rest): 5–8 business days
  • United States, United Kingdom & Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of world: 7–14 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues.


Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • EU, US, UK & Canada:
    Free shipping on orders over €74.99
    Standard shipping: €6.99
  • Rest of world:
    Free shipping on orders over €99.00
    Standard shipping: €12.99

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Customs & import duties

For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not able to predict or control these fees.


Lost or delayed orders

If your tracking shows no movement for:

  • 10 business days (EU)
  • 20 business days (international)

please contact us.

If an order is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.


Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. We’ll try to fix it before production starts.
