What we sell

We sell print-on-demand apparel and accessories. Each item is made to order and produced through our fulfilment partner Printify and its network of print providers.

Placing an order

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old
  • the information you provide is accurate

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases such as:

  • suspected fraud
  • pricing errors
  • incomplete or incorrect information

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.
Prices include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment

Payments are processed securely via Shopify’s payment providers.

We do not store your payment details.

Accepted methods may include:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • PayPal
  • iDEAL
  • Other local payment methods available at checkout

Production & delivery

All products are made to order.

  • Production time: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery times vary by location

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

  • shipping carriers
  • customs processing
  • external delays beyond our control

EU right of withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right:

  • contact us at hello@nailthegift.shop within 14 days
  • return the item unworn and in original condition
  • return shipping costs are your responsibility

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

Note: Items made to your personal specifications may be exempt under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

All designs, content, and branding on this website are the property of The Unforgettable Me unless stated otherwise.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Dutch law:

Our liability for any claim related to your use of this store is limited to the value of the order.

We are not liable for:

  • indirect losses
  • consequential damages
  • delays caused by third parties

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in the Netherlands.
